Can I change tiers mid-month?

Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately and you are billed the prorated difference. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.

How do annual contracts work?

Annual plans are billed yearly up-front at a 20 percent discount on the monthly rate. You can switch between monthly and annual at any renewal.

What payment methods do you accept?
