What we look for
We care more about how you think than which tools you know. We are building for people who read the market carefully, ship useful work, and improve it after seeing how traders actually use it.
Compliance specialist
Hands-on experience with data-vendor terms, privacy, consumer protection, subscription operations, platform abuse controls, and GDPR. We need people who can keep a market-data product commercially sharp without letting the product overclaim what it is.
Engineers
- Data engineers who care about pipeline correctness, not just throughput
- ML engineers with a taste for signal quality over model complexity
- Backend engineers who enjoy market-data systems and low-latency delivery
Sales and marketing
Comfortable explaining a trader platform to trading-focused audiences. Content, partnerships, and outreach should be accurate before they are persuasive.
Designers
People who understand quantitative tools and the traders or analysts who use them. Strong data visualization instincts.

Why market context, trader workflow, or market microstructure interests you. What you find genuinely interesting. We care more about curiosity than credentials.
Evidence
Portfolio, GitHub, published work, or a thoughtful writing sample. A link is optional. A well-written note is not.
